      You know you get a whole bunch of people who say all this stuff is obvious – but they don’t do it.

      So instead customers are a necessary evil – needed to make money. But actually:

      if you don’t have customers you don’t have a business

      You have probably been following my stuff with vodacom. great service from one guy at the special hit team on the customer care twitter account.

      But it took 4 hours to get to him – and numerous phone calls, blood pressure climbing and side battle with the agency that runs their PR twitter presence.

      All I needed – the PUK number on my data sim.

      What I want – nothing special – just stuff that works.
